1. International Compliance – All transactions comply with ICC Incoterms 2010, UCP600
   financial instruments, and global laws of contract formation, ensuring security and
   legitimacy in every trade.
2. Secondary Market Focus – We operate strictly in the secondary commodities market,
   where we source and resell bulk goods from verified suppliers. We do not engage in
   speculative spot deals but may accommodate CFR or CIF terms for container load orders
   when required.
3. Supplier & Buyer Confidentiality – We protect the interests of our suppliers and buyers
   by maintaining confidentiality until a purchase intent is fully verified. This prevents
   circumvention and safeguards the value we create through sourcing and negotiations.
4. Payment Terms – For local orders, we accept direct deposits. For international
   transactions, we work with Documentary Letters of Credit (DLCs) that are irrevocable,
   confirmed, and transferable, depending on the deal’s nature. Pre-payment may apply for
   certain overseas consignments.

5. Order Flexibility – We have no minimum order requirement. From small-scale
   shipments to bulk consignments, we are flexible to meet client demands. Catalogues
   and product specifications are available upon request to aid informed decision-making.
6. Shipping & Logistics – We partner with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and bulk carriers for efficient
   delivery, depending on the order size. Our logistics processes are structured to ensure
   timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery worldwide.
7. Return & Refund Policy – We offer exchanges or refunds only in cases of manufacturer
   defects, damages, or incorrect items. Products must be unused and reported within 30
   days of receipt with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For bulk cargo
   contracts, detailed return policies will be clearly stated in contractual documents.
